Café O is the Valley's premiere spot for Mediterranean dining, dancing, and fun, located at 8326 Winnetka Ave., just north of Roscoe. Providing the opportunity to dine, smoke, and relax in an awesome restaurant, Café O counters the fact that there are so few decent restaurants, hookah bars, and nightclubs around the Valley, let alone in the dead center, by combining all three into one terrific venue. Go there, get lost in the cool atmosphere, dance with the beautiful people, and float away into the energy like the wisps of smoke permeating from a hookah.

Featuring a massive dining and patio area, Café O has all the amenities of a nightclub while simultaneously maintaining the cool, comfortable atmosphere of a hookah bar, and provide food as quality as any 5-star metropolitan restaurant. Best of all, Café O, on all fronts, does not settle for an almost perfect experience as the wait staff, manager, belly dancers, and DJ do everything in their power to make their patrons happy. The prices on all items are reasonable. The music is only the best, most contemporary, thumping dance sounds available, with room for requests. Moreover, the people, of all types, love this place so much that they come in droves with primarily a young, beautiful mix of various ethnicities making up the venue's hookah-puffing population. Walk in side and view the wonder that is Café O.

Wednesday night hosts L.A.'s best comics in the Valley. Providing over fifty different hookah flavors to try, and mix, Café O has, without a doubt, the best variety, and quality of flavored tobacco currently available. DJ Sandman spins the tunes with the latest in popular dance and Mediterranean music Thursday through Sunday night. Though the restaurant opens at 11AM, The party really gets popping about 10PM and goes strong until 2AM.

Try the "O"-shaped falafel, delectable meat and vegetarian shish kebab dishes, mouth-watering Mediterranean wraps, or many quality variations for every course. Everything is delicious. The shrimp is amazing, the lemon chicken is spectacular and like the juicy lamb, extremely tender. By far, the most delicious item on the menu is the Mediterranean pizza, barely beating out Café O's quality wraps. For dessert, try the sweetest tiramisu in the Valley.

The interior of the location is gorgeous with elaborate, ornate decorations laid over simple earth colors while the center has large, comfortable couches to lounge. Lining the walls are tables for dining guests while the patio and larger back area allow ample room for large parties. Hookah service comes directly to each table, immediately. One will not see a faster hookah service at the other local hookah lounges.

The entire wait staff and management are friendly, accommodating, allowing guests to move about the place at their leisure. Guests move from tables to couches to the dance floor as swiftly and smoothly as the flavored tobacco smokes. As for tobacco flavors, get creative, and mix and match any variation of flavor or pre-mixed flavors to test the palate. Relax like the caterpillar from "Alice in Wonderland," kick back, and blow smoke rings while dancing with a beautiful, belly dancer. Feel alive knowing that Café O exists.

There are always positive expressions on everyone's face and the mass of people rocking together on the dance floor just gets bigger and more fun as the night goes on. Café O provides this warm vibe that one gets from being around people that easily treat each other, and strangers alike, as if they were family or a best friend. Once inside, do not fight the urge to be caught up in the fun as every passing second in Café O is a better time.
