Is life throwing you curve balls left and right, like never before? Causing you to question who you are and where you are going and whether you'll even make it there? You have to deal with it head on, face your deepest darkest fears and failures and utilize these challenges as a catalyst for your growth and expansion as a human being. Begin to learn to welcome the challenge and change the way in which you think about struggle, limitations, and stop resisting. Life is a journey as cliché as it may sound, and that journey wasn't meant to be a struggle it was meant to be effortless and enjoyable. The moment you find yourself not enjoying life anymore, stop and take a closer look at your true heart's desires and what you are in fact grateful for having up to this point. Gratitude is a great stress reducer. What you give most of your thought to brings more of the same into your life. So spend as much time as possible focusing on positive and wonderful occurrences in your life, especially during difficult times, and it will help reduce your stress and transform the stressful situation in your life.

Life can be full of twists and turns, and those very same twists and turns are meant to get you looking deeper within yourself, trust more in your true self and allow who you were meant to be to shine through. Once you let go and allow yourself to truly shine without fear, doubt or resistance, life begins to roll out freely and you begin to have fun again. The work is sometimes more than you have energy for and that's partly what keeps you where you are, but it's time to use new tactics and trust yourself again. Don't be so hard on yourself, because where you are is where you are supposed to be in order to get to where you want to go.

Healthy living means lifestyle changes; including a renewed way of thinking about your overall way of being. Go with the true flow of life without resistance and you will find what it is you seek. Happiness, health and prosperity are always with you, you just have to be brave enough to grow with it.
